Hi, I'm Katharina!
I am an efficiency nerd that started in business development/sales and ended up as consultant, because I really do love to clean up, simplify and automate business processes. Having a well-working tech-stack and system in place is one important factor, which is why I love working with HubSpot, which is probably one of the most user-friendly and easy-to-use platforms on the market. It’s so much fun to work with clients and helping them to get the most out of their data and efforts with a system that enables (marketing, sales and service) teams to efficiently work together and not just “next to each other”.
How I work
I work mainly with HubSpot Partner Agencies to support them in upcoming projects with their clients, but I also work 1:1 with companies on their processes and HubSpot matters. I support at whatever stage you’re at with HubSpot - I can do a fresh setup with you, onboarding and training the team, but I can also do an audit, advise you on re-working processes or adding new ones to your HubSpot universe.
My sweet spot are sales teams, and all the processes and operations involved like sales enablement, streamlining teams and product matters. Additionally to that I have experts in my network for topics like branding, web design, marketing strategy, social media marketing, etc. as these often overlap with sales processes and HubSpot set-up.
As of working with clients, I want to meet you on equal levels, have a defined common goal and start to get things moving. I expect everyone to be treated with respect and to have a good communication, in order to reach the desired results. Plus I’d love to especially support teams and companies that have a focus on current world matters like education, inclusivity, climate change, etc.
